As an Historic House Specialist, Christi has extensive knowledge, particularly in these areas, about Dallas architects and developers, historic building research, architectural styles in the US and in Europe. Fabian holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation - the exclusive global designation of NAR®, awarded to REALTORS® who meet practical experience criteria that demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with transactions globally. This expertise is also very helpful and beneficial when advising their large European client base.
As residents of Lakewood and members of their neighborhood association, DFW Lab Rescue, Preservation Dallas, the Alzheimer's Association and Friends of Aldredge House, they bring their personal insights and broad experiences to clients looking throughout Dallas.

Like Christi, her husband and team partner Fabian, has a degree in Communication and Public Relations. After spending nearly two decades working in Sales, Marketing and PR Consulting he decided to join the residential real estate market in Dallas and became a Realtor. Christi is a third generation Realtor and spent a few years abroad in Europe honing her razor-sharp business development, sales and negotiation skills in international and local markets.
